No comment link for above post on Gridlock (is that deliberate?), so I’ll add one here:
Been thinking about the Cato Institute in a new light since reading this last week:
(Noticed a similar sounding article on NY Times top emailed list this week as well.)
I can’t believe that this all comes together like that, but then you added in your post about eliminating air quality standards and it seems pretty consistent. (Other topics of transit subsidies, etc don’t surprise much.)
Regardless, I’ll be curious to read more about the anti-planner – and likely some good arguments of decentralization in planning in general.
